I have never visited the Congaree National Park in Hopkins SC. Bobcats, wild pigs, foxes, opossums, deer, and river otters also reside there! The park also offer recreation like hiking, camping, fishing and canoeing. Several species of animals and plants that are in danger of extinction, like the Red-Cockaded Woodpecker, have a home and sanctuary at Congaree.
